HOW TO RESERVE A PARTY

1. Call (623) - 582 - 5293 or Email to get party information & find out if the date & time that you would like to have a party is available
2. Once a date & time is confirmed....Print out the PARTY AGREEMENT form and fill out the bottom portion, sign and fax to 623-516-0567 or email to office@phoenixgymnasticsacademy.com 
3. Print PARTY INVITATIONS on whatever kind of paper you would like to use.
